Discussed our idea with Nilesh Trivedi Here's what we got from our discussion:

  • Not waste time on Authentication, rather spend time on core functionality
  • Focus on feature prioritization and eliminating pain points
  • Development of a clean and beautiful UI

Discussed our idea with Karan MV. Here's what we got from our discussion

  • Also, have a look from the features perspective.
  • Integrate other open-source projects as plugins and make your project modular as well.
  • Think about data storage issues
  • The pain points for user researchers/usability testers
    • Identify the right users for a study, even if you have a pool of users to choose from
    • Designing the experiment for those users
    • To increase responses, connect with the user
  • Not just what, but how does it help them. Analytics insights?

Discussed our idea with Kailash Nadh. Here's what we got from our discussion

  • The problem is genuine, and there is a need for such products
  • It's better to have an international focus rather than just India; SaaS market is not well established in India
  • NGOs can significantly benefit from these products as they are genuinely facing user research problems
  • Can only focus on self-hosting for now and put a cloud solution in the roadmap
