Job Description

Background:

Bruno is rapidly growing in usage and adoption, and we’re looking for exceptional Developer Relation professionals to ensure our users are supported correctly. You’ll partner with our Engineering and Customer team to guide users on the most effective way to leverage Bruno. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who is well versed in the area of APIs, has a strong technical background, and ideally is already a Bruno user.

What you’ll do:

  • Triage and manage our Github Issue tracker
  • Interact directly with users via our support channels (Zendesk, Discord, Github)
  • Help improve usability and DX through maintaining Bruno’s documentation
  • Advocate for Bruno’s users in terms of product functionality
  • Work closely with our Engineering team on bug fixes or issues that are blocking user adoption
  • Assist our Customer team with supporting Bruno’s customers Build solutions that highlight new and interesting capabilities of Bruno

About you:

  • 1-2 years of software development experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of technical support experience
  • Familiar with typical developer tooling: IDEs, Git, CI/CD, monitoring services, - - microservices, containers, cloud computing services, etc.
  • Background with API development or usage
  • Experience working directly with end-users or customers of a software solution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive and motivation to build a company and product (Bruno is a very fast-paced startup)
