REFUND POLICY
Conference Ticket
If you have purchased an event ticket and are not planning to attend, please look for people in our community who would like to attend the event and transfer the ticket to them using the link https://fossunited.org/dashboard/ticket-transfer. You can ask for an amount from the person who wants to have the ticket transferred to them.
The FOSS United Foundation does not have a refund policy, but we do allow ticket transfers.
Donations
FOSS United Foundation has instituted a Donation Refund Policy to ensure that requests for refunds of donations made in error through our site are handled fairly and transparently. FOSS United Foundation encourages all the donors to donate with caution and research beforehand. FOSS United Foundation may also seek further documents or information, in which case, donors are expected to cooperate.
For making a claim for refund, you may write to us at audit@fossunited.org no later than 15 days after making such a donation, by whatever means (Cheque/ UPI/ Net Banking/ Demand Draft or any other electronic means) to FOSS United Foundation.
The email must contain details of (i) the person making the donation and claiming the refund( the Name and email ID) (ii) the date of payment of donation (iii) the mode of payment (iv) the amount donated (v) the payment :
In case of Cheque or Draft - The Cheque or Draft Number If made by credit card, the last 4 digits of the same If made via electronic means, the transaction ID. Because all donations are voluntary, all refund claims will be scrutinized on an individual basis.
