This project aims to build an open contributor analytics dashboard for the FOSS United platform. The goal is to provide transparent, real time insights into contributor activity, pull requests, issue resolution timelines, chapter engagement, and overall ecosystem growth.
The dashboard will integrate with GitHub APIs and platform data to generate meaningful visualizations such as contribution trends, community heatmaps, project health indicators, and contributor onboarding funnels.
The objective is to help the FOSS United foundation improve community engagement, identify active contributors, detect bottlenecks in project workflows, and promote data driven decision making within the ecosystem.
This feature will strengthen transparency, increase community motivation, and enhance collaboration across chapters in India.
