Hey! I’m a Srujan Rai founding engineer at Anona Labs. I enjoy building things that actually work in the real world especially around cloud, IoT, and open-source tech.

I have contributed to NGINX, OpenCV , GatewayAPI and more. I was previously the IoT Lead at the Sahyadri Open Source Community (SOSC), where I spent a lot of time mentoring students, running hands-on workshops, and building projects with people who genuinely love tech. Open source played a huge role in my learning, and I’m a big believer in giving back to the community that helped me grow.

Most of my day-to-day work involves building Anona memory a memory layer for AI agents; but I also love getting my hands dirty with IoT devices, edge computing, and AI/ML experiments. If it’s something that combines hardware, software, and scale I’m probably interested.

I like learning by doing, breaking things, fixing them, and sharing what I learn along the way. Always happy to collaborate, contribute, or just talk tech
