Godrej Vanantara establishes its residential presence through its luxury apartment development in its central urban location. The project operates on a 35-acre land area through the combined professional experience of Godrej Properties. The development consists of nine towers which contain three basement levels and 32 floors of living space in each tower. The development includes more than 2000 residential units which rank among the largest housing developments in the area. The building offers three different types of residential units which include 2 BHK and 3 BHK and 3.5 BHK apartments that range in size from 1200 to 2100 square feet. The pre-launch project allows buyers to enter the market before they receive possession of their units in March 2030. The design process aims to establish a living space which achieves both functional requirements and aesthetic appeal in accordance with contemporary urban family needs.
