Abhijeet Mote is a Senior Python and AI Engineer, Python Software Foundation Fellow, open-source contributor, and technology community leader with more than 12 years of experience in software engineering and data platforms. His work spans scalable Python applications, cloud-native systems, data engineering, machine learning, and production-grade generative AI solutions.

He founded and organized Python Penang in Malaysia, where he helped developers and engineers learn Python, collaborate on open-source projects, and build stronger local technology communities. He has trained and mentored professionals, students, and aspiring developers, particularly from underserved and underrepresented backgrounds.

Abhijeet actively contributes to the Python ecosystem through technical talks, mentoring, reviewing, community service, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. He is passionate about making technology more accessible and helping people grow through open-source collaboration and practical learning.
