NoteScan – Turn Handwritten Notes into Digital Text

Many people still take notes by hand — in classrooms, meetings, or personal journals — but managing, searching through, and sharing those notes later is the challenge we are trying to solve

Our solution, NoteScan, helps users turn photos of handwritten notes into editable digital text instantly

Our aim is to make converting handwritten words into text with ~100%.

Initially, we aim to solve for a small set of people (probably 5); making ML learn from their handwriting to reduce error rate.

This will be dedicated to each user's note-taking patterns. Example, if a user uses - for important point, a symbol (box) for to-do, character Q for noting questions, symbol -> for flows, NotesScan will read & learn from them accordingly and place them into list of to-dos, important points, questions, or diagrams
