ALUMNI NETWORKING AND TRACKING PLATFORM FOR INSTITUTIONAL ENGAGEMENT
The Alumni Network Management System is designed to create a structured and engaging platform to track trainees who pass out each year and maintain long-term connectivity with them. Currently, there is no proper mechanism to monitor alumni records, making communication and engagement difficult. This system will maintain a centralized database of alumni details, enable seamless communication, and support networking, mentorship, and career opportunities. It helps strengthen institutional growth by building a strong and supportive alumni community.
The Alumni Network Management System is a web-based platform developed to create a structured and engaging alumni ecosystem while ensuring secure and transparent record management. Currently, there is no proper mechanism to track trainees passing out each year. This project addresses that gap by maintaining a centralized and tamper-proof alumni database.
The system is built using Spring Boot for backend services, React for an interactive frontend, MySQL for structured data storage, and Redis for high-performance caching to improve response time and scalability.
Additionally, Blockchain technology is integrated to ensure data integrity and transparency. Important records such as alumni certifications, achievements, and verification details are stored as blockchain transactions, making them immutable and tamper-resistant. This enhances trust, security, and authenticity in alumni data management.
