This project addresses these issues by enabling seamless coordination through live location tracking and confirmation mechanisms.

The system comprises two main components: a student interface and a driver interface. Students can share their current location using a mobile application, which updates their position in real time. This information is displayed on the driver’s dashboard as map markers, allowing the driver to clearly visualize the location of each student.

To enhance accuracy, the system includes an automated confirmation feature. Before arriving at a pickup point, a notification is sent to the student requesting confirmation of their presence at that location. Based on the student’s response, the driver can decide whether to proceed with the pickup or skip the stop. This reduces uncertainty and ensures that pickups are made only when necessary.
