a beginner-friendly web platform designed to help people learn how to grow plants and take care of them properly.

Many beginners want to start gardening but don’t know which plant to choose, how much water or sunlight is required, or how to track daily progress. plant.08 aims to solve this by providing simple step-by-step guidance for plant growth.

In the initial version, users will be able to:

• Select a plant or seed they are growing

• Track daily care tasks (watering, sunlight, soil check)

• View basic plant information and growth timeline

This project is being developed as part of FOSS Hack 2026. The current focus is to build a simple, clean web prototype for beginners.

Future plans include adding plant recognition from images, personalized care suggestions, and community features for sharing progress.
