UniSphere is a modular campus operating system — starting with accountability as the core and expanding into a full one-stop digital infrastructure for campuses.
UniSphere is a modular campus operating system designed to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency in educational institutions. Many campuses rely on fragmented systems for communication, complaints, academics, and services, which often leads to poor visibility and slow issue resolution. UniSphere solves this problem by integrating governance, communication, academics, and daily campus services into one unified digital platform.
At the core of UniSphere is the Campus Accountability Engine, which ensures that every issue follows a structured Report → Resolve → Verify workflow. Students and staff can report problems such as water leakage, electricity wastage, sanitation issues, or safety concerns. These issues are assigned to the responsible department with defined service deadlines, and resolution must be verified with proof. This creates a transparent system where campus issues are tracked, resolved, and measured efficiently.
UniSphere also includes additional modules that enhance campus life and operations. The Central Notice Board enables administrators to broadcast important announcements across the campus. A Leaderboard system encourages student participation by rewarding responsible reporting and engagement. Service modules like the Smart Canteen allow students to pre-order food using QR-based pickup, while the Academics Hub centralises notes, assignments, and academic resources.
The platform also introduces a Campus Health Index (CHI) that evaluates campus performance based on metrics such as issue resolution speed, SLA compliance, and recurrence of problems. This allows administrators to monitor campus operations through data-driven analytics and identify areas that need improvement.
Built with a modular architecture, UniSphere allows new services and campus features to be added over time, making it scalable and adaptable for different institutions. By combining accountability systems, service modules, and governance analytics, UniSphere aims to become a reliable digital backbone for modern campuses, improving both administrative efficiency and the everyday campus experience.
