How the AI Works

Unlike generic AI models, Serenity AI is powered by a custom self-care ML model specifically designed for mental wellness. The model was trained using a curated dataset of anonymized journal entries, focusing on sentiment analysis, emotion detection, and self-care recommendations. Using transfer learning, an NLP model was fine-tuned to recognize subtle emotional cues and generate personalized feedback. This ensures that the AI understands context, tone, and individual writing styles while maintaining data privacy—no third-party APIs involved.
