InkSpire is an innovative open-source OCR tool that bridges the gap between traditional handwriting and the digital world. Designed for students, researchers, and professionals, it uses machine learning-based handwriting recognition to convert scanned notes into searchable and editable digital text. InkSpire supports multiple languages, smart text formatting, and export options (TXT, PDF, Markdown). It also provides an API for seamless integration into other applications. Built using FastAPI (backend), React (frontend), and an OCR model trained on the EMNIST dataset, InkSpire ensures an accurate, efficient, and user-friendly experience empowering users to preserve their handwritten thoughts in a digital format.
