Project Overview:
This browser extension allows users to convert highlighted text on any webpage into Morse code and generate corresponding vibrations. This innovative tool provides an alternative way to receive text-based information through tactile feedback, enhancing accessibility and offering a unique user experience.
Key Features:
Text Highlighting and Conversion:
Users can highlight any text on a webpage.
The highlighted text is instantly converted into Morse code.
Morse Code to Vibration:
The Morse code representation of the text is used to generate a series of vibrations.
Each Morse code symbol (dot, dash, and space) is translated into distinct vibration patterns.
User Interaction:
A floating button appears near the highlighted text, prompting the user to take action.
Clicking the button initiates the process of opening a predefined URL with the highlighted text and generating vibrations based on the Morse code.
In the future, we plan to create these vibrations using Arduino for a more integrated and versatile user experience
