Self-hosted HTTP tunnel relay. Go server with SQLite, Go CLI with Bubbletea TUI, and Next.js dashboard. Users expose local services through a wildcard domain without paying ngrok subscription fees or sending traffic through a third party.
Infrastructure & domain — ₹16K
One year of wildcard *.bitrok.tech domain renewal and a small VPS for the demo relay server. Keeps the public demo running so people can try before self-hosting.
3-month part-time development stipend — ₹1.2L
Covers ~15 hours/week for 3 months to ship: (1) CLI down/teardown with remote stop, (2) tunnel logs and SSE streaming, (3) inspect traffic capture, (4) ad-hoc up without pre-creating tunnels. These are the gaps between Bitrok and ngrok's free tier.
