SMS OTP Costs Re-imbursement

We request a grant of ₹34,000 for covering SMS charges for the previous year (including costs incurred due to spam) and ₹16,000 for this year. Additionally, we need 20000 rupees to complete support for MSG91 in Prav Server, which will reduce our SMS costs in the future. Finally another 30,000 would be helpful for developing defense mechanisms.
