ReportKoher is an open-source practice building free tools that keep a real outside in the room: the judgement sits in code anyone can read, and the voice between people stays human. AI does bounded language work — it reads the input and narrates what the code has already decided. The tools listed here are MIT-licensed and need no login. Built by a teacher, for students.
Coherence Diagnostic
Analyses design writing for structural coherence across five dimensions (claim, evidence, scope, assumptions, gaps). A fine-tuned DeBERTa model qualifies input, deterministic rules judge severity, a language model narrates the diagnosis. 98.38% classification accuracy.
Play Shape Diagnostic
Maps the structural shape of play concepts across six dimensions. Human selection replaces AI classification at the qualification stage. Embedding-based relationship rules surface patterns. Narrative generation from pre-computed similarities. The hosted demo was retired on 19 July 2026; the source stays public and runnable.
Fragment Mapper
Shows structural relationships between scattered text fragments. Four orthogonal signals (embedding similarity, TF-IDF distinctiveness, VADER sentiment, lexical profile) feed six deterministic rules that surface neighbours, strays, rifts, forks, echoes, and shifts. No content generated. No evaluation.
