Mrinal Singh Meena
ReportLawyer turned builder from Jaipur, India. I build public instruments that hold themselves to a courtroom standard of evidence. Seiche is the main one: free early warning for dollar funding stress, with every forecast sealed into a hash chained ledger the day it is made, misses published next to the hits.
Seiche
A free public terminal that monitors stress building in dollar funding and repo markets. The current 64-module engine suite turns public FRED, New York Fed, OFR, Treasury FiscalData, CFTC, ECB and EIA inputs into a static board snapshot every four hours and one daily letter. Forward publications enter a tamper-evident as-published record. Historical diagnostics publish their verdicts and misses but are final/current-vintage construction-PIT, not validated backtests. The complete backend suite gates publication. The terminal, Time Machine and dispatch archive are free and stay free.
Infrastructure
Server, domains and backups for the free public terminal. The whole stack runs on a small VPS.
Independent methods review
Two quantitative researchers audit the engines, historical-diagnostic boundary and prospective validation protocol. Findings published unedited, whatever they say.
Full time development for one year
Converts the solo founder to full time: a year of sealed daily forecasts anyone can audit, an open API, programmatic alerts, and a replication package.
