Report

I am an independent Indian open-source maintainer and the primary maintainer of Qarinah. I built it after repeatedly watching coding agents lose project decisions, replay large histories, and hand work between tools without durable evidence. I design and maintain the implementation, releases, evaluations, documentation, security process, and community roadmap. My goal is to make reliable, portable project memory a shared open-infrastructure primitive that developers can run locally, inspect, extend, and integrate without depending on a hosted memory account.

Projects

Qarinah

spdx:Apache-2.0

Qarinah is Apache-2.0, local-first project-memory infrastructure for coding agents. It retains permitted project events in an append-only, hash-chained JSONL ledger and builds deterministic SQLite/FTS5, graph, Markdown, and dashboard views that can be deleted and rebuilt from that authority. Its CLI, JavaScript API, and consent-gated MCP transport compile bounded context packs with citations, provenance, freshness, authority, and coverage information instead of replaying an entire project history. The public project also includes cross-agent setup, archive import and backup, schemas, interoperability formats, a responsive local dashboard, reproducible evaluations, and security and privacy documentation. This grant will strengthen its security, interoperability, cross-platform releases, independent reproducibility, beginner onboarding, contributor path, and long-term maintenance capacity.
