Choose the right open source project to contribute on

I'm interested in leading a discussion on how to effectively contribute to open-source projects. As a frequent user of open-source tools, I've actively participated by reporting issues, creating pull requests (PRs) to address missing features or bugs, and ultimately resolving them.

In addition to sharing my personal experiences in software development and open-source collaboration, I'd like to facilitate an interactive session where attendees can learn best practices for contributing to open-source projects and ask questions.
