MLOps with Open Source: Using MLflow and ZenML

Proposal status is Rejected
Session Description

In this presentation, We will explore how open-source software (FOSS) tools have revolutionized the field of MLOps (Machine Learning Operations). We will check out two primary tools within the domain of MLOps - ZenML and MLFlow and check how they enhance efficiency for practitioners in their machine learning workflows.

We will begin by discussing the importance of FOSS and provide an in-depth overview of the functionalities and capabilities offered by ZenML and MLFlow. Additionally, I will demonstrate code snippets for both tools, illustrating how models can be developed, deployed, and managed/monitored.

Throughout the presentation, We will cover everything from experimental tracking and model versioning to automated pipeline orchestration and deployment. I will also share best practices for effectively leveraging these tools.

Whether you are a seasoned MLOps professional or just embarking on your journey in machine learning, this presentation will provide you with valuable insights and practical knowledge to maximize the potential of FOSS in advancing MLOps excellence using ZenML and MLFlow.
