  1. what is 3rd party software? Understanding the definition and importance of 3rd party software, the process of software clearing, associated risks, and legal background that governs its use.
  2. Open source license: An overview of various open source licenses, their implications, and best practices for compliance.
  3. Process, Tools and Clearing workflows in our organization. A detailed look at the specific processes, tools and workflows used by Siemens to ensure effective software clearing and compliance.

The Hyd meetup proposal has more details and is worth approving - and we should nudge the proposer to update this proposal too. In fact, for the PuneFOSS conference, the proposer should consider adding even more details, if possible e.g. an outline of the slides and a mock presentation if possible.
