Open source is often seen as a place where great ideas magically grow, but behind every good project is a web of small, thoughtful actions that make it possible. This talk will take you on that journey - from the spark of single PR to the momentum of a self-sustaining community. In this talk, we will talk about real, behind the scenes work that keeps this flywheel effect spinning.
We’ll talk about how maintainers make decisions without slowing things down, and the little automation tricks that keep projects healthy without burning anyone out.
I think this talk is basically for the student and the professional who want to contribute to the open source or want to be the part of community and grow there. This will definitely give them idea of about it honestly and that is my motivation to submit this talk
