Abhijeet Khandagale is an innovator, public speaker, researcher, and entrepreneur passionate about pushing boundaries in engineering and design. His work spans across multiple disciplines, including solar physics, mechanical design, and open-source technology. He is the first person in India to successfully build a Batpod, an iconic motorcycle from The Dark Knight series, making him one of only five people in the world to achieve this feat. With a deep love for Batman, Abhijeet embodies the philosophy of resilience and innovation.


He's been recognized as a Top Innovator by the World Economic Forum for my solution, ekatra. As a community enabler, he leads the NagpurStartups community and has built Misfits, a vibrant network of 500+ early-stage social entrepreneurs across South Asia. Dedicated to helping scale startups in their Zero to One journey, Abheejit has spoken at global conferences about his research and entrepreneurial work. He is a Professional Fellow under the US Department of State, and Fellow for Swachh Bharat Mission.
