Opening Note: The Journey of MumbaiFOSS

This talk serves as an opening note, and also as a timeline of the journey of FOSS United Mumbai - our community, our meetups, and of course, our conferences.

We will also talk about what makes the Mumbai chapter different from many of the others out there - including our pioneer attempts at making most of the event pipeline completely FOSS-based, and also our experience as the first and probably only chapter which livestreams monthly meetups.

We will also cover the problems we faced along the way - and the problems we hope to alleviate in the coming future
