I will present a demonstration of a proof-of-concept application developed for a road safety organization using the Frappe framework, integrated with OCR and an LLM, to automate data extraction from unstructured FIRs (First Information Reports) collected from various states. This solution aims to streamline workflows and achieve substantial time savings in processing vital road safety data. Frappe was selected due to its rapid development capabilities and comprehensive feature set, which directly addresses the organization's needs:
Centralized data management for diverse, unstructured FIR data.
Rapid validation implementation for extracted information.
Integrated report generation for road safety analysis.
Role-based access control to ensure data security and integrity.
Real-time data visualization via the Insights dashboard for actionable insights.
Rapid Prototyping with Frappe
