  • Basic terminology: Desktop Environment (DE), Display Server, and protocols (e.g., X11, Wayland).
  • Tips for selecting the right distribution based on user needs.
  • Why Ubuntu and its flavors are the best choice to select from.

Contributions to FOSS:

  • - Contributions via Docs (Open Documentation Academy, AskUbuntu)
  • - Contributions via various projects of Ubuntu
  • - Contributions via various subprojects and third party organizations like Snapcrafters, Ubuntu Flutter Community etc.

pretty much a basic CFP, again nothing special. But if this talks ends up getting select I'd recommend the below: >will guide users about choosing their Linux distro\n I think the speaker can ignore this part, it doesn't make sense to have this.
