Ever wondered whether an AI agent could make smarter trading decisions than the market? At Alpha Arena, you and a teammate get to build one and find out.
Welcome to Alpha Arena - the Algo-Trading Showdown at Meraz 7.0, organised by OpenLake, IIT Bhilai. Your team will build an agent that decides when to buy and sell, then put it to the test against other teams.
Here’s the challenge:
Build your strategy. Use past market data, rules, or a trained model to teach your agent how to trade.
Test and tune it. Try your approach in a browser-based environment, then submit your agent for the showdown.
Let the agents compete. Every team starts with the same virtual capital and market. The team with the highest portfolio value at the end wins.
Bring one teammate. Teams must have exactly 2 players. No finance background is needed, just curiosity, teamwork, and a strategy.
