Observability up and running

This will be a V2.0 of my talk Intro to Observability (https://github.com/Maniktherana/observability-talk/)

In addition to introducing monitoring and observability I'll be interacting with a realtime demo of a microservice driven ecommerce app, simulating downtime and demonstrating how we can use monitoring and observability to capture issues as they happen. I'll go over how we can use Prometheus, Loki and Grafana to monitor basic and complex applications.
