We met at IndiaFOSS 2025 as strangers. We got talking, liked the same ideas, and decided to build something together.

At FOSS Hack 2026, we built the first version of ZenMode OS, (ZenMode OS is an Android launcher built on one idea: make the healthier choice easier than the impulsive one. Not a blocker, not a detox, not a lecture about your screen time.)

Now we're launching ZenMode OS v3 on Product Hunt, here at FOSS United 2026.

In this talk, we'll share our story: how we met, how we built it, what went wrong, and what we learned along the way. We'll also show what's new in v3 and how you can try it or help out.
