Nurturing sustainable FOSS communities

Individuals, Communities, and Organizations are the principal components of our work at the FOSS United Foundation. In this talk, I will be talking about how the Foundations work will

• promote and support individuals who are caring for the digital commons

• incubate and strengthen digital commons communities

• embrace and assimilate organizations into the digital commons

Based on evidence that we have gathered over the past few years, I will detail how the Foundations activities are being restructured along these principal axes, and how new campaigns/programs are being launched to support work along these axes, and in the interdimensional space between them, i.e., the interactions between the individuals, communities, and organizations.
