AI agents are being developed by everyone and their cousin and vendors are saying this is a replacement for DevOps engineers and saying it is capable of handling deployments, incident response, and infrastructure management. But what happens when they meet real production systems? I had deployed AI agents in production and I want to share the lessons learnt from it.
