"FOSS is more than technology" -- this was the harsh conclusion that I had to reach as introverted person who prefered (and still does) being siloed into a room.
Inspired by "FOSStering Education", this talk delves into my journey of exploring FOSS and the realizations that came along with the journey on building an inclusive space for underrepresented people to learn about FOSS, touching on the key elements for building one -- culture of openness, trust, empathy, etc.
