This talk is about how we (Aryak and Me) streamed IndiaFOSS 2024 with only Free and Open Source Software. Last year, the streams were pretty poor because it was the first experience and arya did it alone. Arya and I with the design team at IndiaFOSS did quite a lot of improvements and the quality turned out to be just really good and similar to a professional stream (If we did not have network issues sometimes in between and problems with the selecting the camera input aspect ratio).

In this talk, I will try to cover all the below points:
How we streamed from 2 rooms at the same time.
We used the tools/platform/infra (ffmpeg, OSP, etc.) to host the stream.
What can go wrong in most cases if someone tries to implement?
Explaining about RTMP and HLS (in short).
Explain about the scripts/setup to the audience (in a way they understand, without making them confused by opening the script)
Why and How can everyone adapt to FOSS tools for Streaming or in General?
And also share some fun musings during the talk :)
I'd like to request: 25 mins max for this talk (including QnA)
