Creating an RSVP Form

  • Head over to the RSVP section to create an RSVP form. RSVP is a form that the attendees have to fill out to mark their attendance for the event or reserve their seats.
  • The Allow RSVP Edit checkbox is a feature that allows the submitter to edit their response. This is very handy when attendees by mistake enter wrong emails or any other detail and want to edit their response.
  • The Max RSVP count should be set up by looking at what the event venue capacity is. The form will automatically close when that number is hit. (We suggest it to kept a bit higher if you’ve experienced no-shows in any of the previous meetups.)
  • Under the Standard Fields section, these are the fields that will be there by default in the form.
  • Moving ahead to the Custom Fields section, For example, you want to check how many participants would come in their vehicles and might need access to a parking facility.
    • The question would be “Do you need access to the Parking?”, this would be mandatory so check the “Is Mandatory” checkbox.
    • As this is a Yes or No question, the type of this field should be “Select”, another field named Options will appear after selecting “Select”, and enter the inputs “Yes” and “No” on different newlines.
    • And add any description if you feel so.
  • After clicking “Save”, the form will be created and go Live. The link to the RSVP form will be there on the top.
  • In the Insights tab, you’ll see the details of how many RSVPs that particular has received out of the Max Limit.
  • The Download button will download the CSV format of all the details in the table.
