Many a time we find redressal systems solving issues, but it may not ensure students’ satisfaction level or that the resolvent of the issues takes a lot of time - our system ensures these happenings are sorted. The admins would have to resolve the issue within a stipulated time or else it would go up to the higher authorities. Students also get to submit a generalized issue anonymously on their choice. The students will also get a provision track down their inputs till the issue is solved.
